"I would give Claudia a 0 star review is possible. We first met her nearly two years ago. She helped my neice with her life insurance beneficiary account. We made plans to revisit with her at a later time to discuss investing my nieces funds. Since then we have had the hardest time reaching Claudia. Her staff has tried calling her and has not been successful in reaching her either. We have tried switching to a new agent but the new agent needs Cluadia to do things on her end to complete the move. We have had no luck getting a hold of Claudia. At this point I am not sure what to but maybe take a trip to the office an hour from my home. Take this review as you will but if you ask me, I'd recommend going with another agent who is more responsive."
